Jeffrey Aubé, PhD

Jointly Appointed Professor of Chemistry

Jeffrey Aubé received a BS in chemistry from the University of Miami in 1980. He was a James B. Duke Fellow and C.R. Hauser Fellow at Duke University, where he studied with Steven W. Baldwin and earned a PhD in 1984. Following an NIH postdoctoral fellowship working with Samuel J. Danishefsky at Yale University, he joined the University of Kansas Department of Medicinal Chemistry in 1986. He remained at KU until 2015, when he joined the faculty of the UNC Eshelman School of Pharmacy. He is jointly appointed to the Department of Chemistry and is a member of the Lineberger Comprehensive Cancer center.

In his spare time, Jeff enjoys cooking and listening to ancient music.
